Returns
Our policy lasts for the below terms -
7 days
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be -
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for arranging of and paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Fortun8 International products are sold through Fortun8 International online platforms & via other approved retailers & distributors.
Any purchase of a Fortun8 International product not purchased directly from our online sales channel and purchased via one of our approved retailers will be responsible for any returns, refunds & warranty requests and all request must be directed to that retailer.
If you are approved for a return then Only upon instruction from us, send your item to: Attn - Fortun8 International Pty Ltd Returns (Returns Address will be provided)
No Returns Offered For –
- All customised & OEM products.
- All clearance items.
All refunds must be refunded to the original card or payment method used to purchase the goods.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
